Good evening. This call is from Summersville Middle School. Tomorrow students in all grades will take the writing section of the General Summative Assessment. Student devices must be fully charged. Students will need corded earbuds or headphones. If they do not have earbuds, teachers will provide them. Please remind your child of the importance of doing their best on this assessment. Nicholas County Schools will release 3 hours early on Friday, October 13th, 2023 for Faculty Senate. All Faculty Senate days will be a 3-hour early release.

This is a reminder Nicholas County Schools will have a 2 hour early dismissal for students on Friday April 21, 2023 due to state mandated faculty senate.

March 14 - No School for Students! This is a professional learning day for teachers.

7th & 8th Grade Spring Formal will be Friday, May 6th from 6:00 - 8:30 at the Summersville Convention Center and Armory! More details to follow!
